Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Go3flow PMS (“the Service”), operated by Go3net Technologies. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Go3flow PMS provides software for managing petrol-station operations — sales, shifts, tanks, deliveries, customers, invoicing, reporting and messaging automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis per company.

Accounts and responsibilities

• The company owner controls the company account, its staff accounts and its data.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your accounts.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to attempt to breach its security.

Your data

Business records entered into the Service belong to your company. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The accuracy of records entered (sales, readings, prices) is your company’s responsibility; reports are only as accurate as the data behind them.

Messaging

WhatsApp and email notifications are delivered through third-party platforms (Meta, Resend) and are subject to their terms and delivery conditions. Your company is responsible for having consent to message the customer numbers it registers.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Paystack. If a subscription lapses, access may be restricted until payment resumes; your data is not deleted for non-payment during a reasonable grace period.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure, company data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
