Go3flow PMS is a petrol-station management platform operated by Go3net Technologies (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use go3flowpms.com and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, phone number and role, provided when a company signs up or a staff account is created.
Business records — operational data your company enters into the platform: sales, shifts, tank readings, deliveries, customers, invoices, expenses and related records. This data belongs to your company.
Messages — if your company enables WhatsApp automation, we process the phone numbers and message content needed to deliver notifications (receipts, shift summaries, price updates, stock alerts) through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Technical data — log and device information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

To provide and operate the service for your company.
To send the notifications your company has enabled (email and/or WhatsApp). Message recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by asking the station to disable the rule.
To process subscription payments through our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store card details.
To secure accounts, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business records for advertising.

WhatsApp messaging

WhatsApp notifications are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Messages are sent only to numbers your company registers (owners, staff, and customers who have agreed to receive them) and only for the automation rules your company turns on. Message delivery is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp terms.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in managed, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted by role-based permissions, and actions on sensitive records are audit-logged. Passwords are stored hashed; sessions are protected with signed, HTTP-only cookies.

Data retention and deletion

Business records are retained while your company’s account is active. When an account is closed, company data is deleted from the live system on request. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and other applicable law. Staff members should direct requests to their company owner first, as the company controls its business records.
